Every part of the experience, from the journal entries, check lists, confirmed activity and photos hands down best company I have used.

My boys thoroughly enjoyed hanging out with you guys. They went above and beyond, following any rules I sent and even doing a few light chores unasked. This is a very flexible, affordable, reliable team to trust your pups with.

My mom was impressed just during the meet and greet. They checked the mail, pulled trash to and from the curb, swept inside, and even took the trash out. Being able to pick and choose your walk times is clutch, the customization of time frames and variation of service is top tier.

Side note: when is the last time your walker made sure you were home safe from travel to ensure your pets do not need to be checked on. We got back really really late, Holly was intentional and texted/called me the next morning to make sure we were home. Level of care and service is unmatched.

Not only trustworthy people to share access to our home with, they are also TRUSTWORTHY! to care for my dogs.  I have tried other options like Rover and have had mixed results.  CONSISTENT! With FETCH! a whole team of people that get to meet and get familiarized with your pets will be available to see to their needs even if someone becomes sick or has another issue.  The effort put into meeting and learning about how each pet needs to be cared for is amazing. COMMUNICATION! is also fantastic. Updates at length, adorable photos (literally the most photogenic shots of my dogs, lol) and all the important information, like potties and even notes if there is a concern (loose stool, etc).  Holly and the staff can also be reached by phone/text and are responsive.  ATTENTION! is also amazing.  There is a genuine customer service effort of noticing if things are out of place, bringing in mail or packages if you wish, and care to clean up/make sure a safe environment for the pets is left (whether is a destuffed animal or a potty accident).  CARE! Attention to water and food availability, toweling off pets after a rainy walk, medication or special consideration due to an unexpected medical issue is always observed.  In my case I have a dog that is allergic to basically everything and a dog that can and will eat anything.  FETCH! is great about making sure my dogs special diet needs were also observed.  I also live in a neighborhood where many older folks will see the pets on walks.  I have been told that a walker with ROVER had instance that made me feel like my dog was being handled roughly that my neighbor witnessed.  With FETCH! my neighbors have only had good things to say about how the pets are handled, as well as cleaning up after potties (a BIG deal in my neighborhood!) Sometimes not receiving a complaint or be cautioned by the HOA in reference to cleaning up pet waste is a relief in itself! I know some of you can relate!  VALUE!  The rate for this level of care that is being provided at FETCH! and by Holly and her staff is comparable to, and in some cases less expensive than experienced walkers available on some apps, but the service provided is so much more extensive.  I have a Bernese Mountain Dog that is 180 lbs, and a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog that is 90.  If you have large pets it can be difficult to find, and expensive to retain, someone to give your pets a potty break while you're at work or otherwise preoccupied or sick. FETCH! has staff that are both willing and trained to handle big and small alike! The staff is so versatile in so many ways, where some feel more comfortable with smaller dogs, then they won't be part of the team to care for a large pet. Some of the staff are more athletically inclined if your pet needs some motivation to pick up the pace on their walk. My Berner is a fluffy hairy boy who struggles in the heat.  As I have needed FETCH! to provide a bathroom break in the afternoons while I'm working, it can be quite hot, and he can get overheated pretty quickly. FETCH! has always altered his activity to keep him safe, while still allowing him a potty break and some play/attention time. DISCIPLINE! I can't forget to add that for pets that are younger and in the process of being trained to behave on leash, or general manners/commands, it can be counter productive to have someone walk your pets that does not reinforce your training methods. During our meet and greet with the team that would be taking care of my dogs, I was able to demonstrate how to put on a prong collar correctly, and the command and appropriate action the dogs are expected to respond with, whether it be to "heel", "sit" or stay "down" when they arrive in the house. FETCH! is great about rewarding the good behavior appropriately with treats and good pats and not acknowledging incorrect behavior. I want to write so much more but I'm out of space. I moved up here a few months ago and was so worried about finding a great sitter for my dogs in a new place. Fetch has been incredibly prompt and they do such a great job keeping me up to date on each visit even going the extra mile like sweeping the floor with all the pet hair. I come to happy pups and just absolutely appreciate the kindness, care and love they pour into this. Would absolutely recommend them especially if you're a worried pet mom like me! I Thank you especially to Casey who did such a great job with my 3 and handled them like a pro! They were so spoiled and I felt so much better being away with the fantastic pictures and detailed updates. We got pictures and notes throughout our trip. When we arrived home our kitties seemed happy and not mad that we had been gone so long. LOL.  We just booked them for a shorter trip. We Take the Security of Your Home Seriously

Controlled Access

The only people who have access to your key or access code are our main office and your Pet Care Provider.

Key Monitoring

We track all key movements, meaning if your sitter needs a key they are required to put a request in our My Fetch! app.

Timed Availability

If your home has an access code, it will only be available to your pet sitter during scheduled service hours.
